We did not define "IP", and we did not see vm-max.ip and
vm-min.ip. But we did discuss integer-versus-fractional
solutions in the context of their LP versions, in particular
how they could be NP-complete (like min vertex cover).

I fixed some typos in Duality.txt after lecture.
