Working with Logic-Sim from Dorm/Home

1. Requirements to run Logic Simulator

logic-sim is an SPARC program. Therefore, you CANNOT run it on a PC with Microsoft Windows or a Mac.

Furthermore, logic-sim is a X-windows program, so you have an X-server program on your PC (or Mac)

The easiest way to use logic-sim is to log into one of the workstation in MathLab and work there. If you login DIRECTLY on a workstation (so you are physically in the lab), you can run logic-sim without doing anything special.
