Postdoctoral Fellow

The AIMS lab currently has an opening for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow.  The fellow will work on projects broadly related to privacy-preserving and robust machine learning for public health and healthcare applications.  It provides opportunities for both fundamental research in data privacy and machine learning and applications to public health and healthcare. Postdoctoral candidates should have a PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field. A strong background in machine learning, federatd learning, and/or differential privacy are highly desirable. The AIMS lab is continuously looking for PhD students and MS students.  Inquiries are welcome at lxiong@emory.edu, please include a copy of your CV and list one or two papers from our publications that you find most interesting and which directions you are interested in studying.

Undergraduate Research
The AIMS lab offers undergraduate research opportunities (both paid and volunteer work are available).   Students are expected to have taken CS334 Machine Learning and/or CS573 Data Privacy and Security. Please email lxiong@emory.edu, include a copy of your CV and list one or two papers from our publications that you find most interesting and which projects/directions you are interested in working on.
